This teen is one of the unnacompanied minors that Las Americas represents.

The Legal Orientation Program

Through this program, formerly known as "Know Your Rights," Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center educates detainees about their rights as immigrants. Las Americas sees hundres of detainees in the adult and children's detention center yearly. They are given individual "know your rights" presentation and consulation on what relief may be possible for them.
